Main page 4Tour 3Previous Next4 Value lookup OfficeFiler remembers all values you typed in for each property in each document you saved in OfficeFiler. Click the Pick Value icon in the OfficeFiler toolbar in Word to select a value. If you never used the value before, simply type it in, and OfficeFiler will store it for future use. Lookup filtering You can instruct OfficeFiler to filter lookup values based on properties you already typed in for the document. OfficeFiler will filter the lookup list, leaving only those values you previously used in conjunction with the other property values.
